Graham has extensive experience in the Food Industry both in the UK, Europe and Internationally.With an engineering background at Rose Forgrove, Graham is a specialist in materials and machinery applications.
His experience and expertise was enhanced with over 15 years working for Nestle’s UK Research Centre, where he created and managed a packaging development laboratory. This business unit specialised in processed, aseptic, chilled and shelf stable foods, involving all types of food packaging formats.
Graham’s packaging knowledge and international experience was further extended at Pacific Asia Technologies Inc, a Vancouver based company specialising in Modified Atmosphere Packaging in the fresh produce business worldwide.
In 2003, Graham set up International Food Partners Ltd with Tony Scott, where his packaging, materials, equipment and engineering expertise and experience has helped many companies both in the UK and overseas. Graham is responsible for the Integrity Seal™ concept.
Tony has a comprehensive knowledge and understanding in all aspects of commercial and general management, within the FMCG, B2B sectors both in the UK and Internationally.
A sales and marketing background with global companies like Coca Cola, Quaker and General Mills, lead to Sales and Commercial directorships within the Grand Metropolitan Group and Initial BET plc.
This expertise and experience was harnessed with the setting up of Paradise Foods Ltd in 1995. This venture capital backed business specialised in the fresh chilled food processing sector, supplying branded and retailer brand products. After 5 years and with a growing turnover of nearly £7m, the business was sold.
Prior to setting up International Food Partners Ltd, Tony worked as a consultant in the fresh produce industry in North America and Australasia and as a short term MD in the UK.
